The layering season is starting to reach its peak time here in Sweden and it is a good idea to build up different layers underneath your coat to stay warm. The key is still to have a warm and comfortable coat, and one that stands out in the crowd is Private White V.C Jeep Coat. For today’s inspiration board, I have combined it with the same shades of brown.

What I like the most about the winter season is to be able to put on a heavy jacket. It’s comfortable and cozy, and it keeps you warm even if the temperatures are dropping outside. One of my favorite jackets for the winter season is the the pea coat with its heritage from the navy. One of the best ones out there is the one from Private White V.C and today will be the key focus in my collage.
Winter is here and what is more classic than rocking a navy pea coat? With its origin from the British navy, it is built to withstand the cold wind during the winter. Complete the naval look by adding a turtleneck and for layering during the colder days.
For today’s collage, I would like to like pay a tribute to the iconic waxed jacket. The waxed jacket is a flexible companion no matter the task. It does not matter if you are planning a hunting trip the forest, or if you are planning for a walk in the city. What all waxed jackets have in common are that they will get nicer the longer your wear them as they will develop a beautiful patina over the years.
The bomber jacket has received an enormous popularity the last couple of years and there are various of alternatives to choose from in stores and online. Many brands takes inspiration from the original design to create something own and unique, and one of these are the English based Private White V.C. Thanks the versatility of the bomber jacket, it can almost be worn with everything that you are able to find in your wardrobe. Wear it with a pair of denims, or why not a pair of flannel trousers? The choices are many, so I created an inspiration collage to make it easier for everyone out there.
With Swedish summer comes rain and either a good raincoat or umbrella is well worth an investment. Today will focus on the rain coat and how you will combine this with an outfit for the office. Choose a rain coat in a timeless color such as navy or army green as these colors will be easy to combine with your wardrobe. Let us beat the rain with style this summer.
Normally I do not like jackets with too bold colors or patterns, but for today we will do an exception. The key to be able to wear a jacket with a busy pattern is to combine it with other garments that are the opposite. I have chosen a jacket with a windowpane pattern that consists of the color combination blue, brown and white. At first sight these may look like an odd combination, but all the three colors belongs to the easiest ones to combine. If the cream colored trousers are too much for some of you, try to combine the jacket with a pair of brown or blue trousers instead.
