It is no secret that Drake’s London is one of my favorite brands. They are most known for their ties and pocket squares which has become famous worldwide for their craftsmanship and quality. Today it is time to take a look at Drake’s new fall and winter collection.
Drakes’s has been in the business since 1977 and their original collection featured quality scarves. The range quickly expanded and a range of handmade ties and pocket squares quickly followed. Today, Drake’s has become one of the most famous luxury haberdashers and seen in exclusive stores all around the world. Most of the collection is still produced by hand in the heart of London at 3 Haberdasher Street.
Creative Director Michael Hill delivers a collection that’s both refined, casual and with interesting choice of materials. The British preppy style still takes a big place in the collection but a hint of Italian and American elements can also be seen.
An old friend of the brand, Jason Jules, models in front of the camera and wears everything from colorful wool jackets to casual popover shirts. Some of the updated garments that can be seen is the Gloverall dufflecoat, longer-length peacoats, ribbed Donegal wool beanies and lambswool gloves. It’s a collection full of beautiful products with commitment to excellence in both craftsmanship, quality and design.
