Eidos Napoli Spring Summer 2016

New York Fashion Week started earlier this week with some impressive shows and collections for the next spring and summer season. There’s one brand that stands out from the crowd with their collection and that’s Eidos Napoli.

Eidos Napoli is still a newcomer at the New York Fashion Week as they premiered with their FW15 collection earlier this year at the venerable Park Avenue Armory.  The next spring and summer collection was held at The James Hotels beautiful garden that added just the right atmosphere to the collection. The level of creativity that creative director Antonio Ciongoli shows for every new season is absolutely stunning and he has once again done something unique and fresh. For every new season Antonio tries to focus and get inspiration from a place and person. This time the collection is named La Casetta in Sabbia, which means the little house in the sand which you clearly relate to all the light textures and fabrics in the collection. The inspiration behind the person comes from the businessman and CEO of Marni, Giovanni Castiglioni, that always is dressed in the perfect tailored suit every day. Antonio succeeds once again putting together just the right amount of casual and tailored clothing.
